Role Overview 🛠️

As a Senior Business Development & Sales Lead at Envio, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy. This position requires deep familiarity with the web3 ecosystem and a strong network within the blockchain community. You’ll lead high-impact business development initiatives, negotiate strategic partnerships, and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders. We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for emerging technologies.

Responsibilities 🐥

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth in the web3 space.
• Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders across the blockchain ecosystem.
• Lead negotiations for high-impact partnerships, including strategic integrations, collaborations, and joint ventures.
• Represent Envio at industry events, conferences, and meetups, positioning us as a leader in blockchain data infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure our offerings align with market needs and client expectations.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on sales tactics and business development strategies.

Requirements 🔧

• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales roles, with at least 2 years in the web3/blockchain space.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and the web3 ecosystem.
